Ravfarvet supervin fra det fantastiske portvinsår 2007. José Manuel Sousa Soares har tryllet en bombe af confiteret mandarin, bittermandel og frisk fyrreharpiks frem, der selv med ti år på bagen har en forrygende friskhed.
Genial til desserter med æble eller karamel, men også til et stykke ost.
